Leslie Goddard
Life Coach, Athletic Trainer
Leslie grew up in San Jose California. She attended West Valley Jr. College (Saratoga, CA) and BYU Hawaii, and then studied sociology at the University of Maryland. She qualified as a registered dental assistant in 1977. She became a mother in 1983, when the first of her four children was born. Leslie’s greatest love are her children and grandchildren. In 1987, she started an event planning business. After moving to the foothills in 1999, she began managing a successful medical practice. During that time, she became interested in real estate and started investing in, remodeling, renovating and managing properties.
A Life of Service to Others
Being of service to others has always been a part of Leslie’s ethos. A deeply spiritual person, she seeks to help others, whether through business, service organizations, her family or her church and now offers her skills as a life coach.
As a deeply spiritual individual, Leslie has taken on roles as teacher and advisor of all age groups in her church: teaching children, youth, and adults. She has also served as president of three major organizations in her congregation—Primary (children ages 3-11), Young Women (ages 12-17) and Relief Society (adult women)—leading and teaching many other volunteers in best practices for ministering to others.
Leslie cherishes her time advising families through many different crises, whether they be financial, emotional, familial, spiritual, or physical. Leslie takes a practical approach that is informed by her spiritual devotion, physical training, and community involvement.
Leslie became intrigued by the sport of power lifting and in January of 2018 began to train and that same year compete on a national level. She now holds world power lifting records in two different divisions. She is currently training for the 2020 World Championships in October.
